A globally recognized standard, RPM-Academy Certification provides alumni with formal confirmation of their mastery of the principles, tools and methods appropriate for the program completed. To receive Certification from RPM-Academy, a student must;

Complete formal training (All-Access RPM-Academy Online).

Successfully write a formal, online Certification exam (derived from required courses).

Submit evidence of the applicant’s ability to successfully apply some of the tools and methods appropriate for the level of Certification desired
Certifications currently offered and required elements include;

Lean Six Sigma Champion: Sponsor and support successful Lean Six Sigma improvement projects and participate in the planning and deployment of a strategically aligned Lean/Lean Six Sigma program.

Lean/Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a small process improvement event using some of the tools/methods learned in the course.

Lean Green Belt & Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a kaizen (or equivalent) process improvement project using some of the tools/methods learned in the course.

Lean/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: Provide evidence that they have successfully facilitated a larger process improvement project (aka “DMAIC”, “Value Stream Transformation”) using some of the tools/methods learned in the course.
RPM-Academy will provide students registered for Certification programs with a brief instructional guide that includes templates for “project/event” submission.
